Today I'd like to share with you some steps that we can use in our lives to be happier or just to make things easier. Ok, so let's start?
1- Be optimist! Face life in a positive way, and you will be surprised, feeling happy and full of energy. Remember: everyone likes people "up" and that transmit optimism. I know sometimes can be hard but you have to try your best!
2- Make plans! See life as a whole and do not let small setbacks discourage you. Always try to achieve your goals, whether they be become President, pay debts or having a lasting marriage. You will find obstacles along the way; keep the focus on reward and avoid getting bored by small problems.
3- Have gratitude! Show people that you like them. Thank a classmate for help. Congratulate each other for the success achieved. Be polite with the waiter who brings you breakfast. Give some coins for that homeless guy that you always see. And always be thankful for having a happy life. Remember: There are people who are fighting today for the simple fact of living.
4- Enjoy life! Arrange a time for you and for the things that like to do, wash your car; make plans, make small repairs around the house, watch television; see a show. Make you a priority and do what you like. Treat yourself once in a while.
5- Change your routine! Change your routine will bring you new energy. Have a clear division between work and free time, and leave room for fun activities and moments of reflection.
6- Stay in touch with people! Remember how you felt when you received an unexpected call from an old friend? Send an e-mail to someone or call friends and relatives to just say "hi".
7- Be creative! Find an activity in which you can vent your creativity. Can be building or renovating, drawing or painting, writing, and even gardening. No matter if you are busy or feeling lazy at the end of the week; reserving time for creative activities will make you happier and healthier.
8- Find a love! Share experiences with someone you love will increase - a lot - your happiness. Unconditional love will make you feel safe and happy. Remember: don't be afraid to fall in love again and again and again; people are different and this time can be the right one.
9- Talk to someone! Have a best friend with whom you can talk about any subject. He will not judge you or try to solve their problems. He will listen because he knows you will do the same for him. (I'm always here if you need.)
10- Forgive! Maybe it's time to forgive someone (or you same) for something that was done or said. If someone else was promoted instead of you, or if you lost your job due to a corporate structure, recognize that you can not go back. Simply accept. recover control over their happiness leaving behind old sorrows.
11- Dream! Write down your dreams and gradually realize them. You will have new goals, in which you will focus your energies.
12- Be happy! Anyway, make the atmosphere in which you live provides opportunities to recognize and enjoy the positive and the good times of life. Strive to be happy. Remember: NEVER forget to believe in yourself. (!!!)
